Thanks to Doug, I have a new and very large appreciation (read: obsession) with salsa verde. I love spicy foods so I usually buy Mrs. Renfro's salsa verde with jalapeños in it and eat it with chips. I'll be honest, though, that stuff is HOT and I usually mix it with a more mild salsa
