When I host our book club, I love to run with a theme. Years ago, we read A Kiss from Maddalena which was set in Italy; so for our meeting, I whipped up this mouth-watering Mascarpone Cheesecake. We’re starting our 15th year…here is a list of the many excellent books we’ve read. So move forward
