Heat. Humidity and heat wave again..I lOVE SUMMER!!! but we could do without the humidity. I found my perfect excuse to stuff myself with summer treats. I basically live these days on ice cream and sorbet. Did someone say I am due for my annual blood tests in September? Have to get back to juices,
