Enchiladas are a favorite meal in our home, although they do take a bit of time to make. This sauce speeds up that process as it's really easy to make. I prefer enchiladas with chili verde sauce, while everyone else likes a red enchilada sauce. I’m not sure what the traditional method of making enchilada sauce entails.
