Cold, rainy, and busy days usually have me making a big pot of soup for dinner. Yesterday was one of those days, so I made a batch of this creamy tomato florentine soup with gnocchi. Not only does this soup take very little effort, it also tastes amazing! My whole family thought it was wonderful
