Keeping it simple . . . When I make a salad it's an elaborate event. I tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and chop everything but the kitchen sink on top of it. I whisk together a dressing, add a little cheese, then fuss with it until I'm finally satisfied with my masterpiece. I decided
