Simply Fresh Cucumber Salad with Shallot and Tarragon
I have a shelf full of flavored vinegars. I kid you not- they take up an entire shelf. Raspberry, balsamic, pomegranate, champagne. You name it, I have it. Why do I have such a large collection? Because they give me a variety of options when I want to make a simple vinaigrette or flavorful marinade.
