The other day my thoughts were completely consumed with Pecan Pie. Even though we're springing into Spring and Pecan Pie is usually what I crave in the Fall, something about that day had me wishing I had a slice of Pecan Pie. I was delighted to find pecans in the pantry leftover from this pie and I
