This recipe was inspired by a fellow food blogger, Larry, who makes the most amazing breakfasts with his leftovers. I had leftover bread and marinara sauce from the pasta dinner we had last night. Instead of pasta with the sauce for lunch I decided to bake an egg on top of the marinara sauce then
