I found a recipe for pork chops on Simply Recipes that I couldn't resist.  This recipe took some time to make because of the caramelized onions but it was totally worth it!  The pork and maple sauce smelled amazing while baking in the oven.  The pork was tender and juicy and the sauce was EXCELLENT!
