I found a recipe on MyRecipe that looked too good to resist.  I adapted the recipe to work with what I had on hand.  These cookies were a huge hit with my kids and an even bigger hit with my husband... he LOVED them.  I loved the combination of chewy oatmeal cookie with the tart
