These pistachio blondies with white chocolate are chewy and decadent with that familiar brownie texture. I've added a sharp raspberry puree to cut through the sweetness and swirled it into hearts! They're delicious topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with more sharp raspberry puree and a sprinkling of chopped pistachios.
