This is one of my go-to dry rubs for chicken. I love the spicy kick the paprika gives to the dry rub and the flavor combination of the spices always tastes great on chicken. I normally use this rub when roasting a whole chicken but it also works well on breasts, thighs, drumsticks, and wings.
