This recipe is a combination of the  Caribbean with a classic Mexican dish but instead using Jerk seasoning to spice and flavour the Cauliflower and Sweet Potato filling which is used to fill homemade baked Tacos, accompanied by lightly fried Plantain slices.  If you like my blog and my recipes then please show your support so I
