Oh how I loved this refreshing cocktail! I really enjoyed the freshness the cucumber and mint added to this simple cocktail and the zing from the fresh lime juice.  I like to keep my cocktails low in sugar but if you like a sweeter drink, adding some simple syrup would work well with this cucumber
