We call these guys smashers. The kids love "smashing" the baby potatoes with the bottom of a saucepan, because there is nothing like having permission to break something apart right!? But also, carbs and this pesto sauce...what a perfect combination. These are wonderful as a side or appetizer....we enjoyed it with a big BBQ feast
