I'm a huge fan of stir-frys. One pan, minimal cleanup.... yes please! Our faves are Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry, Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry, Beef and Broccoli and this taco scramble. My kids like this recipe and really like helping make it. It takes under 20 minutes to cook and is perfect for busy nights.
