Banana Smoothie with Nuts and Seeds
Almonds, pepitas, sunflower seeds and flaxseeds are blended with almond milk, bananas, honey, vanilla, almond butter and ground turmeric.  The smoothie is then finished with a dusting of fresh nutmeg.  It's incredibly healthy.  And incredibly tasty.
