These ice cream tarts were inspired by these ginger ice cream tartlets by Jules at Stonesoup (her blog is amazing!) and the mini cheesecakes I made a couple of weeks ago. They were quick to prepare and tasted delicious. I am really enjoying the taste of the old butternut snap at the moment! Ice Cream
