When Adam and I first moved in together he would show me all these videos from foodwishes.com. I watched a lot of Food Wishes videos, we made a number of recipes, including these chicken wings. About a year or two later I was surfing between Food Wishes’ Youtube and blog and I came across a picture of Chef John. Seeing the picture, hearing his voice, it clicked! Chef John was one of my chefs in culinary school!
