I made these tarts for Christmas Breakfast. I had intended to make the Sun Dried Tomato and Fetta Tarts, but one of the kids suggested that I should put bacon in them to make them "more like breakfast". I didn't think that bacon would go particularly well with this recipe, so made up a new
