Whole pecans filled with a sugar free caramel sauce, dipped in homemade dark chocolate. So after making the Chocolate-Drizzeled Caramel Filled Pecans yesterday, I got inspired to go a step further and dip each one of the caramel filled pecans in chocolate. I dipped mine in a dark homemade chocolate, but you could also melt
