How could I possibly write about Texas without mentioning cornbread? I couldn't! So, as our farewell to Texas, I wanted to bring you a southern-style cornbread, without the Texas-size amount of oil and fat :) Note: Now, I do not have a vendetta against fat or oil - I enjoy both on a daily basis.
