I really enjoy the flavor of pumpkin! Often times I make pumpkin bread and my boys LOVE it. This weekend I decided to try something new with my homemade pumpkin puree; I made pumpkin cookies! These cookies are cake like. They are soft and puffy. My family and the neighbor girls really enjoyed this pumpkin
