I hope that you enjoy the sweet spiced apples and cranberries in these fluffy cinnamon rolls as much as I do! The rich cream cheese frosting is the perfect accompaniment for these rolls. The number of rolls will vary depending on how thick you roll your dough and how wide you cut your rolls before baking. I usually get 14 rolls out of this batch and I use two 9 inch circular cake pans. This batch of frosting makes just enough for a dollop atop each roll, so if you like a lot of frosting I would suggest doubling that part of the batch.
