This is one of those recipes that I just had to try…out of sheer curiosity. I'd never heard of such a thing. Pickle dip? Odd but interesting. Quirky and tempting. Crunchy yet creamy. Tart and salty. Serve it with a sturdy chip for dipping and wear elastic waist band pants.
