Adding a chocolate twist to anything makes it better:)  Well, maybe not anything....I'm still not sure about chocolate chip pancakes.  But in the culinary world of the Amish, there is "chocolate shoofly pie" (I stumbled into some at a bakery in Pennsylvania once), chocolate custard, chocolate vanilla doughnuts...if the Amish make it, you can most
