Apples are in season in Australia so they inspired my baking this week. I made an Apple Crumble Slice - it consists of a cake like base, a layer of cinnamon flavoured apple, and then finished off with a crumble topping. It is delicious served either warm or cold, with a dusting of icing sugar.   Apple
