This is an updated version of my original tomato burger. I used the batter from my fried artichokes recipe. It gives the tomato a nice crunch. I made a quick spicy sauce with mayo ketchup and some spices and laid it on a homemade burger bun. Recipe at the jump. Fried Tomato Burger Author: Piper
