We are a cookie-loving family, and we love lots of different mix-ins.  This week I bought a bag of Easter M&M's, and my boys were eager to help me mix up a batch of our favorite cookies this week.  I was more than happy to oblige.  ☺  Instead of just adding in the candy as it is, I like to "smash" them up first.  It gives the cookies tons of little flecks of chocolate throughout them, plus small and large chunks of chocolate and candy pieces.  We LOVE Smashed M&M Cookies!
