Over the past few years, this dessert has become a tradition at our Easter Sunday table. I love using fresh fruit and having a dessert that tastes light, even if the sugar and calories don't necessarily make it light. This dessert is so fresh and it's pretty. It's a more exciting version of strawberry shortcake.
