Muffins are the world's most perfect food. They fit perfectly in your hand and can be filled with all sorts of delicious goodness. Unfortunately, muffins have not been on the menu in quite a while. Evan has had enough and  has been threatening to vote me off the island if I didn't bake soon. Fast forward
