I love eating Andes Mints but I wanted to enjoy them in a different way. I decided to incorporate them into chocolate cookies. I recently received a bunch of Sweet Creations by Good Cook cookie making products so I was excited to try them out. In my stand mixer, I creamed together the butter and sugars.
