When I was a child, I waited patiently for my parents to buy my brother and I a slice of the Watermelon Ice Cream Cake from Friendly’s Restaurant. Cold, creamy, and in the shape of my favorite fruit, this was my favorite Summer treat by far. Luckily for me, Martha Stewart created her own recipe of the Watermelon Ice Cream Cake.
