Now that summer is upon us it is time to make sweet frozen treat. Last weekend I got a little creative and make Lime Sorbet. Making sorbet is pretty easy since it only take a few ingredients. 2 cup Sugar2 cup Water1 cup Lime Juice1 tsp Xanthan GumZest of 1 Lime Bring sugar and water
