I made vegan chocolate chip cookies. They were, meh. Not good. The next day they were inedible, like rocks, chip your teeth, use a hammer to crumble. Really not good. Well, maybe not that bad, but close. Then I made them again, only I used half apple sauce and half Ener-G egg replacer, plus
