Ricotta and Goat Cheese Crostini with Candied Cherry Tomatoes and Balsamic Glaze
I sat there, gnawing away on perhaps the eighth or maybe twelfth slice of ricotta and goat cheese crostini with candied cherry tomatoes, generously drizzled with a sticky balsamic glaze that was ever so slightly sweet with a nice tangy vinegary finish.  And let's make a point to say that this was the second batch
