In keeping with its name, this is a simple and economic dish to prepare. The only difference from the plain fried meehoon sold in the food stalls is I have added dried prawns. Even though this dish is plain, it tastes nice on its own due to the soy seasonings. ( I have added extra fish sauce).<br><br> This is also great for parties as it is filling and can complement all other finger foods and curries that you may prepare. It can also be eaten hot, warm or cold with the same great taste.
