Oh Oh Oh OH!!!! YUMMMMM!!!!  Seriously. These are so good. You might want to make extra potatoes though. I found myself snacking on them and I couldn't stop. As a result I had to space them a bit sparsely on my tostadas. I am definitely using these potatoes for a recipe with eggs in future! Or
