Recipe 11/52 for my 30 before 30 list. I am making and blogging about one new recipe a week. Kenny, his dad, and Dustyn went fishing awhile back and caught some catfish. We had fried some up that night, but froze the rest of it for a later date. I defrosted it and went on a
