I really am enjoying the whole idea of recipes that can be made in one pot. It makes clean up a lot easier. Today's recipe is a tasty pasta dish all made in one pot. I absolutely love this dish. Some of my family didn't appreciate the creaminess of the ricotta that get mixed in.
