It’s been some time since I posted a recipe using homemade baking mix. These vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting are a great reason to have this baking mix on hand as much as possible.  It literally took me less than 10 minutes to have this cupcake batter ready to go in the oven. Can’t beat
