This is a super easy and quick recipe.    There was a nice thick gravy left in the crock-pot.   I made egg noodles to serve with the pot roast. If you prefer not to use Canned Soup mix, Substitute a tablespoon of concentrated Beef Broth and a Cup of Water for the Can of Beef Broth.
