I have to admit, when it comes to cake flavours, I tend to stick with the basics. Those basics are chocolate and vanilla. I cannot help it, they are probably the two most requested flavours. I have made the occasional lemon cake, but otherwise, unless it is something really unique (see my Pecan Pie Cake)
