Circa 1999, I was in high school and eating bagel sandwiches from a local bagel chain every chance I got.  I loved that I could go there at 6:00 am and order a lunch-ish sandwich rather than being confined to breakfast croissants or sausage biscuits.  (PS: The staff was never excited about making my creation
