My mother-in-law has always made the most fabulous homemade baked beans in a traditional bean pot. I love her baked beans because they are sweet with salty bites, they are filing, and they are loaded with fiber and other nutrients.  CJ is a huge fan too, and it's always encouraging to see your toddler eating
