The first time I had Spicy Chicken in Peanut Sauce was many years ago in Minneapolis at my friend Jessi's house.  It seemed easy enough when she made it, but it had extremely complex flavors and tasted as if it were from a restaurant.  To this day, I have had more success cooking this recipe
