Labneh is the soft cheese of the Middle East. It can be served both as a sweet or savoury cheese, making it a very versatile addition to your larder (fridge). I have made the sweet version in my Sweet Cream Cheese recipe and in this post I'll share my favourite savoury Labneh in herb oil.
