I use a 22cm fry pan to make this pizza. You will need a lid of some form. I just use the lid from a similar size pot. Try and get the best fit you can but it doesn't need to be absolutely perfect. If you are not a mushroom and/or blue cheese fan then just use your favourite toppings.
