There was a pot luck last week at school. People brought in so many yummy things, from chestnuts to curry noodles to fried rice, cookies, and chewy candies called Hi-Chews. For the potluck, a friend and I made this stuffed peppers dish. This recipe is adapted from Heat Oven to 350's Stuffed Bell Peppers recipe.
